Ampersand recipe
Ingredients
- 30 ml COGNAC
- 30 ml OLD TOM GIN
- 30 ml SWEET RED VERMOUTH
- 10 ml TRIPLE SEC
- 2 dashes ORANGE BITTERS
- 1 oz COGNAC
- 1 oz OLD TOM GIN
- 1 oz SWEET RED VERMOUTH
- ⅓ oz TRIPLE SEC
- 2 dashes ORANGE BITTERS
Garnish
- ORANGE PEEL
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice
- Shake well till all ingredients are fully blended
- Strain into a chilled glass
- Garnish and serve
