White Dragon recipe

Ingredients

  • 50 ml BLANCO TEQUILA
  • 22.5 ml COINTREAU
  • 22.5 ml FRESH LEMON JUICE
  • 1 EGG
  • 1⅔ oz BLANCO TEQUILA
  • ¾ oz COINTREAU
  • ¾ oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
  • 1 EGG

Garnish

  • ORANGE TWIST

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a shaker
  2. Dry shake first (no ice)
  3. Add ice and shake again until feels cold
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass
  5. Garnish and serve
