Singapore Sling recipe
Ingredients
- 45 ml LONDON DRY GIN
- 15 ml CHERRY LIQUEUR
- 7.5 ml BÉNÉDICTINE DOM
- 7.5 ml TRIPLE SEC
- 30 ml PINEAPPLE JUICE
- 15 ml FRESH LIME JUICE
- 3/4 drops GRENADINE SYRUP
- 1 dash ANGOSTURA BITTER
- 1½ oz LONDON DRY GIN
- ½ oz CHERRY LIQUEUR
- ¼ oz BÉNÉDICTINE DOM
- ¼ oz TRIPLE SEC
- 1 oz PINEAPPLE JUICE
- ½ oz FRESH LIME JUICE
- 3/4 drops GRENADINE SYRUP
- 1 dash ANGOSTURA BITTER
Garnish
- PINEAPPLE SLICE
- COCKTAIL CHERRIES
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice
- Shake well until it feels cold
- Strain into the glass filled with ice
