Sherry Flip recipe
Ingredients
- 60 ml SHERRY
- 15 ml AGED RUM
- 15 ml SUGAR SYRUP
- 1 EGG
- 3 dashes ANGOSTURA BITTER
- 2 oz SHERRY
- ½ oz AGED RUM
- ½ oz SUGAR SYRUP
- 1 EGG
- 3 dashes ANGOSTURA BITTER
Garnish
- DUST OF NUTMEG
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients into a shaker
- Shake well dry first (no ice)
- Add ice and shake again until feels cold
- Fine strain into the chilled glass
- Garnish and serve
