Sherry Flip recipe

Ingredients

  • 60 ml SHERRY
  • 15 ml AGED RUM
  • 15 ml SUGAR SYRUP
  • 1 EGG
  • 3 dashes ANGOSTURA BITTER
  • 2 oz SHERRY
  • ½ oz AGED RUM
  • ½ oz SUGAR SYRUP
  • 1 EGG
  • 3 dashes ANGOSTURA BITTER

Garnish

  • DUST OF NUTMEG

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients into a shaker
  2. Shake well dry first (no ice)
  3. Add ice and shake again until feels cold
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass
  5. Garnish and serve
