Seelbach recipe

Ingredients

  • 30 ml BOURBON
  • 15 ml COINTREAU
  • 2 dashes ANGOSTURA BITTER
  • 2 dashes PEYCHAUD'S BITTERS
  • to-top CHAMPAGNE
  • 1 oz BOURBON
  • ½ oz COINTREAU
  • 2 dashes ANGOSTURA BITTER
  • 2 dashes PEYCHAUD'S BITTERS
  • to-top CHAMPAGNE

Garnish

  • ORANGE ZEST

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients except the Champagne into a shaker
  2. Add ice and shake again until feels cold
  3. Strain into a chilled glass
  4. Top up with Champagne
  5. Garnish and serve
