Seelbach recipe
Ingredients
- 30 ml BOURBON
- 15 ml COINTREAU
- 2 dashes ANGOSTURA BITTER
- 2 dashes PEYCHAUD'S BITTERS
- to-top CHAMPAGNE
- 1 oz BOURBON
- ½ oz COINTREAU
- 2 dashes ANGOSTURA BITTER
- 2 dashes PEYCHAUD'S BITTERS
- to-top CHAMPAGNE
Garnish
- ORANGE ZEST
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients except the Champagne into a shaker
- Add ice and shake again until feels cold
- Strain into a chilled glass
- Top up with Champagne
- Garnish and serve
