How to make the cocktail Sazerac

Sazerac recipe
Ingredients
- 60 ml RYE WHISKEY
- 5 ml ABSINTHE
- 1 tsp CHILLED WATER
- 1 dash ANGOSTURA BITTER
- 3 dashes PEYCHAUD'S BITTERS
- 2 oz RYE WHISKEY
- ⅙ oz ABSINTHE
- 1 tsp CHILLED WATER
- 1 dash ANGOSTURA BITTER
- 3 dashes PEYCHAUD'S BITTERS
Preparation
- Rinse a chilled glass with Absinthe, remove the excess and set aside
- In a mixing glass, soak the sugar cube with the bitters and muddle to crush the cube
- Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice
- Stir gently till all ingredients have blended
- Strain into the glass
- Squeeze a Lemon peel to release the oils over the drink
