How to make the cocktail Rum Sour
The Rum Sour is a classic cocktail, similar to a Whiskey Sour but with rum as its base. It’s a balanced blend of sweet, sour and strong notes.

Ingredients
- 50 ml LIGHT RUM
- 25 ml FRESH LEMON JUICE
- 25 ml SUGAR SYRUP
- 15 ml EGG WHITE
- 1⅔ oz LIGHT RUM
- ¾ oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
- ¾ oz SUGAR SYRUP
- ½ oz EGG WHITE
Garnish
- LEMON WHEEL
- MARASCHINO CHERRY
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice
- Shake well till all ingredients are fully blended
- Strain into a chilled glass
- Garnish and serve
