Ingredients
- 60 ml LIGHT RUM
- 30 ml FRESH LIME JUICE
- 15 ml SUGAR SYRUP
- Top with SODA WATER
- 2 oz LIGHT RUM
- 1 oz FRESH LIME JUICE
- ½ oz SUGAR SYRUP
- Top with SODA WATER
Garnish
- LEMON WEDGE
- MARASCHINO CHERRY
Preparation
- Prepare the glass with some ice
- Add all the ingredients except the last into a shaker
- Shake well with ice
- Strain into the glass
- Top up with Soda
- Garnish and serve
