Ingredients
- 60 ml DRY GIN
- 15 ml FRESH LEMON JUICE
- 15 ml SUGAR SYRUP
- 1 EGG WHITE
- 10-12 leaves ROSEMARY
- Top with SODA WATER
- 2 oz DRY GIN
- ½ oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
- ½ oz SUGAR SYRUP
- 1 EGG WHITE
- 10-12 leaves ROSEMARY
- Top with SODA WATER
Garnish
- ROSEMARY SPRIG
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients except the Soda into a shaker
- Shake well dry first (no ice)
- Add ice and shake again until feels cold
- Fine strain into the chilled glass
- Top up with Soda
- Garnish and serve
