Ingredients
- 60 ml RYE WHISKEY
- 20 ml FRESH LEMON JUICE
- 15 ml SUGAR SYRUP
- 1 EGG WHITE
- 3 dashes ABSINTHE
- 2 oz RYE WHISKEY
- ⅔ oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
- ½ oz SUGAR SYRUP
- 1 EGG WHITE
- 3 dashes ABSINTHE
Garnish
- ANGOSTURA BITTERS
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients into a shaker
- Shake well
- Add ice and shake again until feels cold
- Strain into a chilled glass
- Garnish and serve
