Ingredients

  • 60 ml GIN
  • 22.5 ml SUGAR SYRUP
  • 15 ml CREAM
  • 15 ml FRESH LIME JUICE
  • 15 ml FRESH LEMON JUICE
  • 3 dashes ORANGE FLOWER WATER
  • 1 EGG WHITE
  • Top with CLUB SODA
  • 2 oz GIN
  • ¾ oz SUGAR SYRUP
  • ½ oz CREAM
  • ½ oz FRESH LIME JUICE
  • ½ oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
  • 3 dashes ORANGE FLOWER WATER
  • 1 EGG WHITE
  • Top with CLUB SODA

Garnish

  • LIME WEDGE
  • MINT SPRIG

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients except the Soda into a shaker
  2. Shake well dry first (no ice)
  3. Add ice and shake again until feels cold
  4. Fine strain into the glass filled with ice
  5. Top up with Soda
