Ramos Fizz recipe
Ingredients
- 60 ml GIN
- 22.5 ml SUGAR SYRUP
- 15 ml CREAM
- 15 ml FRESH LIME JUICE
- 15 ml FRESH LEMON JUICE
- 3 dashes ORANGE FLOWER WATER
- 1 EGG WHITE
- Top with CLUB SODA
- 2 oz GIN
- ¾ oz SUGAR SYRUP
- ½ oz CREAM
- ½ oz FRESH LIME JUICE
- ½ oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
- 3 dashes ORANGE FLOWER WATER
- 1 EGG WHITE
- Top with CLUB SODA
Garnish
- LIME WEDGE
- MINT SPRIG
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients except the Soda into a shaker
- Shake well dry first (no ice)
- Add ice and shake again until feels cold
- Fine strain into the glass filled with ice
- Top up with Soda
