Porto Flip recipe
Ingredients
- 15 ml BRANDY
- 45 ml RUBY PORT
- 1 EGG YOLK
- ½ oz BRANDY
- 1½ oz RUBY PORT
- 1 EGG YOLK
Garnish
- DUST OF NUTMEG
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients into a shaker
- Shake well until it feels cold
- Strain into a chilled glass
- Garnish and serve
