Porto Flip recipe

Ingredients

  • 15 ml BRANDY
  • 45 ml RUBY PORT
  • 1 EGG YOLK
  • ½ oz BRANDY
  • 1½ oz RUBY PORT
  • 1 EGG YOLK

Garnish

  • DUST OF NUTMEG

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients into a shaker
  2. Shake well until it feels cold
  3. Strain into a chilled glass
  4. Garnish and serve
