Ingredients

60 ml PISCO
30 ml FRESH LEMON JUICE
20 ml SUGAR SYRUP
3 drops ANGOSTURA BITTER
1 EGG WHITE

2 oz PISCO
1 oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
⅔ oz SUGAR SYRUP
3 drops ANGOSTURA BITTER
1 EGG WHITE

Garnish

ANGOSTURA BITTERS

Preparation

Add all the ingredients into a shaker
Dry shake first (no ice)
Add ice and shake again until feels cold
Strain into a chilled glass
Garnish and serve
