Pisco Sour recipe
Ingredients
- 60 ml PISCO
- 30 ml FRESH LEMON JUICE
- 20 ml SUGAR SYRUP
- 3 drops ANGOSTURA BITTER
- 1 EGG WHITE
- 2 oz PISCO
- 1 oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
- ⅔ oz SUGAR SYRUP
- 3 drops ANGOSTURA BITTER
- 1 EGG WHITE
Garnish
- ANGOSTURA BITTERS
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients into a shaker
- Dry shake first (no ice)
- Add ice and shake again until feels cold
- Strain into a chilled glass
- Garnish and serve
