- 45 ml SWEET RED VERMOUTH
- 45 ml COGNAC
- 3 ml SUGAR SYRUP
- 3 dashes ANGOSTURA BITTER
- 15 ml SODA WATER
- 1½ oz SWEET RED VERMOUTH
- 1½ oz COGNAC
- 0.10 oz SUGAR SYRUP
- 3 dashes ANGOSTURA BITTER
- ½ oz SODA WATER
Garnish
- LEMON ZEST
Preparation
- Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice
- Stir well till all the ingredients are fully blended
- Fine strain into the chilled glass
- Garnish and serve
