- 25 ml FRESH LEMON JUICE
- 25 ml GINGER SYRUP
- 30 ml GINGER ALE
- 10 MINT LEAVES
- 2 oz DRY GIN
- ¾ oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
- ¾ oz GINGER SYRUP
- 1 oz GINGER ALE
- 10 MINT LEAVES

- MINT SPRIG
Preparation
- Muddle the Mint in a glass
- Pour in the remaining ingredients in the glass
- Add more ice till glass is filled
- Stir well together for about 20-30 seconds to chill and properly dilute the ingredients
