How to make the cocktail Ginger Rogers

What is the Ginger Rogers cocktail? It's a simple Gin refreshing highball drink named after that awesome dancer, Ginger Rogers. It's got that old Hollywood vibe, but with a little zing.

A bartender in San Francisco, Marcovaldo Dionysos, made it up back in '98 at Absinthe and it’s been a popular choice ever since cocktails started getting cool again.

It's a bubbly mix of gin, fresh ginger syrup, some mint, and either lemon or lime juice. Then they top it off with ginger ale to make it bubbly.

It’s light and refreshing, and goes down way too easy, which I guess is what Ginger Rogers would have wanted!
