- 30 ml BLANCO TEQUILA
- 15 ml JAGERMEISTER
- 15 ml YELLOW CHARTREUSE
- 10 ml SUGAR SYRUP
- 1 EGG WHITE
- 1 EGG YOLK
- 1 oz BLANCO TEQUILA
- ½ oz JAGERMEISTER
- ½ oz YELLOW CHARTREUSE
- ⅓ oz SUGAR SYRUP
- 1 EGG WHITE
- 1 EGG YOLK
Garnish
- DUST OF NUTMEG
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice
- Shake well till all ingredients are fully blended
- Fine strain into the chilled glass
- Garnish and serve
