Ingredients

  • 60 ml PISCO
  • 25 ml APEROL
  • 15 ml SUGAR SYRUP
  • 15 ml FRESH LEMON JUICE
  • 15 ml GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
  • 2 oz PISCO
  • ¾ oz APEROL
  • ½ oz SUGAR SYRUP
  • ½ oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
  • ½ oz GRAPEFRUIT JUICE

Garnish

  • GRAPEFRUIT ZEST

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice
  2. Shake well until it feels cold
  3. Strain into a chilled glass
  4. Garnish and serve
