Cuzco recipe
Ingredients
- 60 ml PISCO
- 25 ml APEROL
- 15 ml SUGAR SYRUP
- 15 ml FRESH LEMON JUICE
- 15 ml GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
- 2 oz PISCO
- ¾ oz APEROL
- ½ oz SUGAR SYRUP
- ½ oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
- ½ oz GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
Garnish
- GRAPEFRUIT ZEST
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice
- Shake well until it feels cold
- Strain into a chilled glass
- Garnish and serve
