  • 7.5 ml SUGAR SYRUP
  • 1 EGG WHITE
  • 1 EGG YOLK
  • 2 oz BOURBON
  • 2 oz MADEIRA
  • ¼ oz SUGAR SYRUP
  • 1 EGG WHITE
  • 1 EGG YOLK

Garnish

  • DUST OF NUTMEG

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice
  2. Shake well until it feels cold
  3. Fine strain into the chilled glass
  4. Garnish and serve
