45 ml SCOTCH WHISKEY
45 ml SWEET RED VERMOUTH
15 ml BÉNÉDICTINE DOM

1½ oz SCOTCH WHISKEY
1½ oz SWEET RED VERMOUTH
½ oz BÉNÉDICTINE DOM

Garnish

LEMON ZEST

Preparation

Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice
Stir gently till all ingredients have blended
Fine strain into the chilled glass
Add garnish
