Ingredients
- 45 ml GOLD RUM
- 15 ml GALLIANO
- 45 ml PINEAPPLE JUICE
- 25 ml PROSECCO
- 10 ml FRESH LIME JUICE
- 1½ oz GOLD RUM
- ½ oz GALLIANO
- 1½ oz PINEAPPLE JUICE
- ¾ oz PROSECCO
- ⅓ oz FRESH LIME JUICE
Garnish
- COCKTAIL CHERRIES
- PINEAPPLE SLICE
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients except the Prosecco into a shaker
- Shake well until it feels cold
- Fine strain into the chilled glass
- Top up with Prosecco
- Garnish and serve
