Barracuda recipe

Ingredients

  • 45 ml GOLD RUM
  • 15 ml GALLIANO
  • 45 ml PINEAPPLE JUICE
  • 25 ml PROSECCO
  • 10 ml FRESH LIME JUICE
  • 1½ oz GOLD RUM
  • ½ oz GALLIANO
  • 1½ oz PINEAPPLE JUICE
  • ¾ oz PROSECCO
  • ⅓ oz FRESH LIME JUICE

Garnish

  • COCKTAIL CHERRIES
  • PINEAPPLE SLICE

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients except the Prosecco into a shaker
  2. Shake well until it feels cold
  3. Fine strain into the chilled glass
  4. Top up with Prosecco
  5. Garnish and serve
