Baristo Sour recipe

Ingredients

  • 50 ml LICOR 43
  • 20 ml AMARETTO
  • 20 ml FRESH LIME JUICE
  • 10 ml EGG WHITE
  • 1⅔ oz LICOR 43
  • ⅔ oz AMARETTO
  • ⅔ oz FRESH LIME JUICE
  • ⅓ oz EGG WHITE

Garnish

  • MARASCHINO CHERRY
  • LIME SLICE

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients into a shaker
  2. Shake well
  3. Add ice and shake again until feels cold
  4. Fine strain into the glass filled with ice
  5. Garnish and serve
