How to make the cocktail Archangel

Archangel recipe
Ingredients
- 60 ml DRY GIN
- 22.5 ml APEROL
- 2 slices CUCUMBER
- 1 dash ORANGE BITTERS
- 2 oz DRY GIN
- ¾ oz APEROL
- 2 slices CUCUMBER
- 1 dash ORANGE BITTERS
Garnish
- LEMON PEEL
Preparation
- Muddle the Cucumber in a Mixing Glass
- Pour in the remaining ingredients in the Mixing Glass with ice
- Stir well together for about 20-30 seconds to chill and properly dilute the ingredients
- Fine strain into the chilled glass
- Garnish and serve
