- 30 ml COGNAC
- 30 ml CALVADOS
- 7.5 ml TRIPLE SEC
- 7.5 ml FRESH LEMON JUICE
- to-top CHAMPAGNE
- 1 oz COGNAC
- 1 oz CALVADOS
- ¼ oz TRIPLE SEC
- ¼ oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
- to-top CHAMPAGNE
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients except the Champagne into a shaker
- Shake well with ice
- Strain into a chilled glass
