Ingredients
- 30 ml LIGHT RUM
- 15 ml FRESH LIME JUICE
- 15 ml HONEY SYRUP
- Top with CHAMPAGNE
- 1 oz LIGHT RUM
- ½ oz FRESH LIME JUICE
- ½ oz HONEY SYRUP
- Top with CHAMPAGNE
Garnish
- LIME SLICE
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients except the last into a shaker
- Shake well with ice
- Fine strain into the chilled glass
- Top up with Champagne
- Garnish and serve
