- 45 ml VODKA
- 25 ml ST-GERMAIN ELDERFLOWER LIQUEUR
- 15 ml APEROL
- 20 ml GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
- 20 ml FRESH LEMON JUICE
- 1 EGG WHITE
- 1½ oz VODKA
- ¾ oz ST-GERMAIN ELDERFLOWER LIQUEUR
- ½ oz APEROL
- ⅔ oz GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
- ⅔ oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
- 1 EGG WHITE
Garnish
- GRAPEFRUIT ZEST
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice
- Shake well till all ingredients are fully blended
- Strain into the glass
- Garnish and serve
